Job summary

The role requires strong product intuition, mastery of visual design, and the ability to drive UI/UX excellence in a fast-paced, multi-regional environment with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional game UI design experience.
• Excellent skills in concept art, illustration, and graphic design.
• Strong layout, visual hierarchy, iconography, and motion concepts.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Ability to translate ideas into impressive UI visuals and animations.
• Experience with UX interaction concepts and game engines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design of complex UI/UX systems from concept to final delivery.
• Establish scalable UI systems and visual guidelines.
• Produce high-fidelity UI mockups, icons, motion graphics, and assets.
• Mentor junior designers and partner with cross-regional teams.
• Collaborate with regions worldwide to meet art requirements for FC Mobile online services and marketing.
• Optimize UI clarity and user flow using UX principles.
• Provide strategic design recommendations shaping features and experience quality.
• Manage priorities in a fast-paced schedule with clear documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends to maintain EA brand quality.
