Electronic Arts Kuala Lumpur FC Mobile team is seeking a Software Engineer II to drive development of high-performance mobile web interfaces and client-side applications. You will own frontend architecture, UI rendering, and collaborate across design, product, and backend teams.

Expect to contribute across the stack, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality code with automated testing. Hybrid work model in Malaysia supports cross-functional collaboration and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Breadth across web technologies and willingness to work across the tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for complex web modules and API contracts.
• Contribute to fullstack workflows and backend API integrations.
• Debug, profiling and RCA to deliver durable fixes.
• Mentor associate and junior engineers to maintain high standards.
• Write automated tests (unit, component, e2e).
• Conduct code reviews and enforce TypeScript/React best practices.
