Job summary

Kuok Group Singapore is seeking a seasoned Treasury Operations Leader to oversee banking administration, daily cash flow, and treasury activities across Business Units. You will lead, coach, and develop the team, ensure strong internal controls, and drive process improvements with SAP and treasury reporting.

The role requires 5–7 years in treasury/finance, supervision experience, SAP familiarity, and excellence in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 5–7 years in treasury/finance/accounting with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience in corporate treasury in a multinational/shared services environment is a plus.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Leadership, coaching and people management capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity, detail-oriented and strong internal controls.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Treasury Operations including banking administration and cash flow management.
• Ensure internal controls, regulatory compliance and timely banking transactions.
• Lead and coach the Treasury Operations team, monitor performance and timelines.
• Review bank movements, reconcile cashbook and monitor cash positions daily.
• Coordinate with Group Treasury to optimize cash management and facilities.
• Maintain loan schedules; review interest, repayment and drawdown instructions.
• Manage bank guarantees and treasury-related payments per authority and policies.
• Support audits with treasury documentation and respond to queries.
