Zusammenfassung

CTOS is seeking a seasoned Treasurer to lead the Group's treasury function across cash management, liquidity, banking relationships, and financing. The role blends hands-on execution with analysis and strategic input to support management decisions and regional growth.

You will manage cash positioning, forecasts, intercompany funding, FX risk, and treasury controls, while partnering with Finance Operations, tax, and external auditors to ensure robust financial reporting and compliant treasury

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of treasury/corporate finance experience, incl. at least 4 in treasury.
• Experience managing banking relationships and negotiating facilities.
• Experience in the treasury function of a listed company with regional operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, FX risk management, and treasury policies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Aufgaben

• Manage daily cash positioning and ensure liquidity to meet operational and funding needs.
• Prepare and review weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts and analyse variances.
• Plan intercompany funding and cross-border fund flows to optimise cash use.
• Maintain bank mandates, signatories and online banking access.
• Monitor FX exposure and interest rate risk; propose mitigation measures.
