Hytech, a leading management consultancy with a global footprint, is seeking a Senior Treasury Executive in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee complex fund operations, support cash flow planning, and mentor junior staff while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

About the Role

As Senior Treasury Executive to oversee more complex fund operations, supports cash flow planning, and mentor junior staff. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in fund management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex fund transactions and cash flow schedules
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fund and cash reports
• Monitor cash positions and coordinate fund allocations across business units
• Support fund audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Review fund transaction records prepared by junior staff
• Assist in process improvements for fund operations
• Provide guidance and support to junior finance executives

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Analytics, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: At least 3 -5 years of working experience in a related field is required, with a preference for candidates from the fintech industries.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage due to business requirements).
• Mindset: Detailed-minded, proactive, meticulous, and capable of working independently under pressure.
• Work Style: A self-motivated professional who is an innovative thinker and problem solver.
