Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in technology transformation and consulting focused on Oil & Gas.
Strong business development history across sales cycle stages.
Ability to coordinate small, medium and large strategy creation and innovation delivery.
Knowledge of emerging technologies (Digital, Mobile, IoT, Analytics & AI).
Proven ability to develop consulting IP and Market Offerings.
Experience working with an offshore delivery partner is highly desirable.
Extensive business experience in two or more areas listed (Downstream Oil & Gas; B2B & Lubricants).

Responsibilities

Take a lead role in identifying and developing capabilities within the APAC practice.
Lead the development of value propositions leveraging Digital, Data, Cloud, AI.
Anchor or lead delivery leadership on 1–2 Energy accounts.
Work solo and/or lead medium or large teams across geographies.
Develop provocative points of view and advise clients on technology issues.
Develop Market Offerings and lead medium/large sales pursuits.
Lead the creation of client proposals for consulting and/or transformation engagements.
