ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a capable Production Manager (Manufacturing) to lead our Penang manufacturing operations. You will drive daily production, safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 6–8 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with strong cross-functional collaboration and a results-driven mindset. Join us to push continuous improvement and CIP initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
6–8 years of manufacturing operations experience.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

In-charge and manage the manufacturing operations of UCTM.
Plan and direct schedules to ensure production and shipment are on time.
Analyze manpower utilization, planning, production cycle count and process improvement.
Ensure smooth transition of new product introduction to manufacturing.
Manage day-to-day manufacturing activities, set priorities and headcount assessments.
Review and oversee manufacturing line design for efficiency.
Lead and drive CIP (continuous improvement).
Work with Materials, WH, Engineering, Quality to resolve issues.
