ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Penang seeks a Production Supervisor with a strong welding/manufacturing background to lead daily operations and meet OTD targets. You will manage manpower, mentor the team, and drive lean improvements for quality and efficiency.

The role requires 6–8 years in welding with at least 5 years in supervision, plus a degree in engineering or manufacturing. ISO14644/GMP awareness and strong leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing operations is required.
• Experience in welding and machining processes with ISO/GMP awareness.
• Certified Welding Inspector credentials are highly preferred.
• Minimum 6–8 years in welding industry; 5+ years in supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure timely production.
• Plan manpower and deployment to meet production and shipment targets.
• Maintain product quality and resolve line issues promptly.
• Lead cross-training to improve team flexibility and OTD.
• Drive CIP, 5S and lean activities to raise productivity.
