Job summary

Hoya Global Career Site is seeking an experienced Trade Marketing professional to plan and execute campaigns, product launches and channel activation programs in Malaysia.

You will manage roadshows, dealer meetings, conferences and in-store activations, coordinating with sales teams, retailers, distributors and vendors to ensure successful campaigns and optimal budget use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in trade or channel marketing.
• Strong understanding of retail execution, B2B2C marketing and campaign management.
• Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase order processing and budget tracking.
• Conduct market visits and gather customer and channel feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.

• Excellent project coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in healthcare, optical, medical devices, FMCG or retail industry is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
