This on-site role involves preparing reports, development proposals, layout plans, and impact assessments, while coordinating with clients and authorities. You will mentor junior planners, work with stakeholders, and present planning recommendations, leveraging strong GIS/CAD skills and Malaysian planning

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Urban Planning and Land Use Planning, with ability to develop and review planning proposals.
• Experience in Regional Planning and Environmental Planning, considering infrastructure, sustainability, and community impacts.
• Solid foundation in planning principles with knowledge of Malaysian planning laws, guidelines, and approval processes.

Responsabilités

• Analyze land use and zoning data.
• Prepare and review planning reports, development proposals, layout plans, and impact assessments.
• Mentor junior planners and support strategic planning initiatives.
