Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in mechatronic/electrical/electronic/mechanical engineering.
• SPM English and Mathematics passed.
• 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own test floor machine health to meet delivery requirements.
• Assist engineers on engineering project implementation.
• Support test operations 7x24.
• Work in office hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5.15pm).
• Perform tester/handler setup and troubleshooting.
• Conduct minor repair and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate to maximize tool availability and process yield.
