Job summary

Fastrain in Malaysia seeks an experienced ICT/Test Engineer to operate and maintain ICT testers, Flying probe testers and related equipment.

You will create and debug test programs, provide test instructions and maintenance guidelines, and drive process improvements to boost yield, quality and efficiency while coordinating with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Electronics, software, IT or similar major.
• 5 years related working experience.
• PCBA Transceiver / Test board / CATV board test and debug skills/experienced will be more interesting.
• Familiar with ICT (Agilent 3070) and Flying probe (Takaya).
• Good command of English.
• Good works attitude, team works and positive thinking.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ICT tester, Flying probe tester and other test equipment.
• Create and debug test program for ICT tester and Flying probe tester.
• Provide test instruction, Preventive maintenance method and Debug guideline.
• Handle Test process improvement for ultimate yield & quality, less scrap and cycle time.
• Install the approved software on the test equipment as stated in the process instructions.
• Control hardware spare part and minimize the usage.
• Improve test capacity and flexibility to support demand up/down scenario.
• Coordinate with internal team concerning test process activities.
• Communicate with customer for all test issue related.
• Provide accurate data/report or recommendation to higher management if required.
• Develop subordinates for better knowledge and working abilities.
• Prepare presentation package to management.
• Know your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
