Job summary

Sin Yen Technologies Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an experienced Test and Service Engineer to join our team. In this full-time role, you will conduct thorough testing and evaluation of automatic machines, provide on-site or remote technical support, and document procedures to drive product improvements.

You will collaborate with the Design team to enhance performance, stay abreast of industry trends, and travel to customer sites as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical or a related field.
• Experience as a Test or Service Engineer in automation is advantageous.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
