Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical or related field.
• Experience as a Test or Service Engineer in the automation industry is advantageous.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of automatic machines or projects to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide prompt on-site or remote technical support and servicing to customers.
• Document testing procedures, findings and recommendations for product improvements.
• Collaborate with the Design team to enhance product design and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to suggest innovative solutions.
