Gagner Auto Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced automotive technician in Malaysia to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems. You will work with diagnostic software and testing equipment to deliver high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Automotive Technology and at least 3 years of hands-on experience, capable of independent work and collaborating with service advisors to explain repairs.

Qualifications

Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an automotive technician.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical automotive systems.
Experience with diagnostic software and electronic testing equipment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on a variety of automotive systems.
Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training.
Conduct routine maintenance and preventative checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify and resolve technical issues.
Maintain detailed records of all repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair findings and recommendations to customers.
