OptimalPlus is now NI/Emerson. NI/Emerson OptimalPlus Solution is a Big Data analytics software that provides end‑to‑end solutions enabling automotive, semiconductors and electronics brand owners to protect product quality and enhance brand reputation in the market.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Work with a group of highly professional and friendly team members to support customers who are global leaders in the development and commercialization of foundational technologies for the wireless industry.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers to ensure customers’ challenges are resolved responsively, especially for gold‑level support customers in new production sites and complex mission‑critical operations.
• Install, upgrade, and integrate NI/Emerson OptimalPlus systems with customer systems and networks.
• Provide IT maintenance and administration for NI/Emerson OptimalPlus hardware and database in the customer production environment.
• Support customer technical requests and troubleshoot technical issues in NI/Emerson OptimalPlus systems, including interfaces to customer systems.

You are independent, self‑driven, customer‑oriented, and possess good interpersonal communication skills.

For This Role, You Will Need

• Degree in Computer, Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting systems / networks.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
• Experience and knowledge in a semiconductor testing environment.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
