The City of Shakopee, MN is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide optimal support for NI/Emerson OptimalPlus systems. You will be responsible for system installation and upgrade, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing IT maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in system/network troubleshooting.

• Install, upgrade NI/Emerson OptimalPlus systems and perform integration tasks.
• Provide IT maintenance and administration for NI/Emerson OptimalPlus systems.
