Job summary

TRIIIO VERTEX SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer (C# .Net) for a full onsite role.

You will design, develop, and maintain microservices and cloud-based solutions using AWS, Docker, and ECS, guiding the team through code reviews and architectural decisions. You should have 7+ years of experience, strong .NET expertise (4.5 and .NET Core/5+), and a solid background in agile delivery, TDD, and observability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience with senior/lead responsibilities.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework 4.5 and .NET Core/.NET 5+ (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework).
• Proven experience building microservices and event-driven systems (e.g., Apache Kafka).
• Strong AWS-based cloud solutions (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, IAM), including containerized deployments (Docker, ECS).
• Experience with Git-based workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Nice to have: Observability tools (New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) and legacy modernization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain microservices, event-driven systems, and container-based applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA engineers, and other teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Promote best practices, including CI/CD, TDD, and observability for system monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following SOLID principles and established design patterns.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Design and implement scalable cloud solutions leveraging AWS services, with a focus on Docker and ECS.
