Job summary

Teleport, Southeast Asia’s leading integrated logistics provider, seeks an senior software engineer/lead with 7-10 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. You will own end-to-end delivery, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers across a data-driven tech stack including GCP, Pub/Sub, Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL/AlloyDB, and Pulsar.

Strong frontend familiarity is a plus. The role emphasizes rapid, reliable delivery, CI/CD maturity, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Lead engineer/technical lead with end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Expert in Java, Spring Boot and Spring Webflux.
• Experience with data contracts and asynchronous pipelines using Pub/Sub, Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL/AlloyDB; Pulsar is a plus.
• Frontend familiarity with React, Next.js, Vite PWA, or Flutter.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts translating architecture into sprint plans and mentoring engineers.
• Plan and deliver execution; break down epics into sprint goals and resolve blockers.
• Review and refine architectural designs for scalability and buildability.
• Own and elevate code review standards for quality and rapid deployment.
• Drive CI/CD maturity, sprint predictability, incident response, and observability.
• Mentor and coach engineers on delivery ownership and growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and external service teams for data contracts.
