Required: 7+ years in software engineering; strong backend in Java Spring Boot/Node.js and Python; cloud and container experience (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift); solid Git and CI/CD skills; proven ability to scale, secure, and monitor

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient in backend development using Java (Spring Boot)/Node.js and Python.
• Solid understanding of Git, branching and merging strategies.
• Strong proficiency in data structures & algorithms and problem solving.
• Experience operating large-scale production systems with CI/CD, test automation, and monitoring.
• Cloud+container experience (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle).
• Experience building scalable, secure applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver solutions for components and services with security, performance, and scalability.
• Engage in Agile/Scrum processes, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure smooth production delivery.
• Contribute to tooling, architecture decisions, and mentoring across the team.
