Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment or talent sourcing in agency, RPO, or in-house.
• Experience sourcing across APAC markets and with hiring managers.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, and modern search techniques.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver full-cycle recruitment for roles across Malaysia.
• Provide insights on Malaysia’s talent landscape, including market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent availability.
• Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies that elevate employer branding and enhance candidate outreach.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong pipelines of both passive and active candidates for critical talent segments.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and strengthens our brand.
• Support and lead TA projects aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Utilize recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve talent acquisition strategy and outcomes.
