Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin/Japanese preferred to support communication with stakeholders and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding.
• Evaluate applicants against job requirements through phone screenings, interviews, background checks, and other assessment methods.
• Coordinate and schedule virtual and face-to-face interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Facilitate salary negotiations with selected candidates and prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
• Maintain accurate and complete recruitment records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including job boards, headhunters, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment advertisements.
• Create and manage engaging recruitment advertisements and employer branding content across appropriate social media and recruitment platforms to attract quality talent.
• Support and participate in company initiatives, employee engagement activities, and other HR-related projects as required.
