Job summary

Boston Scientific in Malaysia is seeking a TAC Senior Analyst to serve as the senior technical authority for Capital Equipment service operations in APAC. The role focuses on building scalable capabilities, setting technical standards, and influencing service excellence across the TAC organization.

You will lead advanced frontline support, govern complex service cases and work orders, and mentor TAC Specialists to uphold patient safety and high-quality service in a fast-paced regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 7–8 years in Capital Equipment service or advanced troubleshooting.
• Expert-level technical knowledge with a track record resolving complex issues.
• Strong service operations understanding; case and work order processes.
• Proven ability to set technical standards and best practices.
• Professional English proficiency; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert frontline support and oversee critical cases with regional impact.
• Govern service cases and non-standard work orders for technical accuracy.
• Define and refine troubleshooting methodologies and escalation frameworks.
• Share knowledge and develop documentation for TAC maturity.
