Job summary

Career Horizons is seeking a Senior System Administrator (L2) in Malaysia to manage servers, virtual systems, and cloud platforms, ensuring stability through proactive maintenance and monitoring. You will oversee VMware, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and security tooling while coordinating with external vendors for critical fixes.

The role requires strong L2 support experience, independent troubleshooting, and basic networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge with at least L2 support experience.
• Good knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, cloud platforms, and server administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Okta, ManageEngine, and endpoint security tools such as SentinelOne is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of networking and firewalls.
• Able to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage systems independently.
• Relevant IT certifications are an advantage but not compulsory.
