Job summary

Sunway REIT seeks a proactive Senior Executive - Sustainability in Malaysia to support the organization’s ESG strategy through reporting, ratings, and CSR initiatives. You’ll coordinate data, engage internal stakeholders, and promote sustainability awareness across the business.

Responsibilities include end-to-end Sustainability Report preparation, ratings submissions, stakeholder engagement, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or corporate communications is preferred.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Sustainability Report Preparation: Coordinate end-to-end process of developing the annual Sustainability Report and ensure alignment with frameworks.
• Sustainability Ratings / Awards Submission: Conduct gap analysis and prepare submissions for ratings and awards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information and support awareness initiatives.
• Data Collection, Documentation & Reporting: Track sustainability initiatives for reporting and assist in preparing materials for internal/external stakeholders.
• Others: Plan and execute Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and support meetings with the head of department.
