Job summary

Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Supply Planner to join the Bandar Enstek site. You will own end-to-end supply planning for a diverse dairy portfolio, coordinating across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, commercial and customer supply teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will drive rolling plans, create production schedules, support S&OP, and push digital and data-driven improvements. On-site 2–3 days per week with flexible options for remaining days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Scheduling or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of integrated supply chain planning within FMCG, Food or Manufacturing industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear business actions.
• Digitally savvy with strong affinity and experience for planning systems, data analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

Job description

As a Supply Planner, you will be part of the Dutch Lady Supply Chain organization and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of both retail and professional dairy products manufactured at the Bandar Enstek site. The plant produces a diverse portfolio of pasteurized and UHT products, requiring strong coordination across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, commercial and customer supply teams.

Beyond planning excellence, this role will be a key contributor in a major planning transformation programme, supporting the implementation of a new next-gen End-to-End planning system and strengthening planning capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Planning Excellence (60%)

Own the end-to-end supply plan across tactical and operational horizons. Acts as the key operational planning contact for cross-functional stakeholders.

Develop and maintain rolling supply plans balancing service, inventory, capacity and cost.

Create detailed production schedules for the state-of-the-art production site in Enstek.

Lead packaging and material planning processes to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Drive inventory optimization while maintaining target customer service levels.

Identify risks, constraints and opportunities across the supply chain and proactively drive mitigation plans.

Support S&OP and business decision making through scenario analysis and data-driven recommendations.

Drive planning discipline, data accuracy and process adherence across the planning cycle.

Digital Transformation & Capability Building (40%)

Jointly drives the implementation of a new next-gen End-to-End planning system.

Embraces the evolution of planning processes towards more digital, automated and data-driven ways of working.

Translate planning challenges into system improvements, analytics solutions and process enhancements.

Develop planning dashboards & reporting tools that improve decision quality.

Champion continuous improvement and planning excellence initiatives across the Supply Chain organization. Leverages data and analytics to identify opportunities.

Coach and support colleagues in strengthening planning capabilities and data-driven decision making.

What We Ask

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.

Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Scheduling or Supply Chain Management.

Strong understanding of integrated supply chain planning within FMCG, Food or Manufacturing industries.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear business actions.

Digitally savvy with strong affinity and experience for planning systems, data analytics and automation. Experience in planning system implementations is an advantage.

This role is part of the Dutch Lady Customer Supply Chain organization and the team is based at Bandar Enstek factory. The team is responsible for end-to-end supply planning, production scheduling, material planning, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As the role requires close collaboration with the factory team and operations, on-site presence at Bandar Enstek is required 2–3 days per week. The remaining days can be worked flexibly from home or from our Kuala Lumpur office.
