You will coordinate with project teams, engineering, and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective material availability for operations. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills to optimize cost and supply continuity while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement cycle from sourcing to PO closure.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ERP stock records.
• Build and manage supplier relationships; evaluate supplier performance.
• Support project procurement and shipping plans aligned with milestones.
• Drive cost reduction and process improvements in procurement and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HSSE requirements.
