Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd is assisting our client to recruit a qualified Supply Chain / Purchasing Manager or Assistant Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations in Selayang Baru (Jalan Ipoh).

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration, 8–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics, and proven leadership with strong negotiation and ERP/MRP system proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement.
• Proven experience in managing supply chain operations and teams.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in MRP or ERP systems.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution.
• Develop supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and inbound logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with production, sales and finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
