Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of related experience in supplier performance management and metrics (OTD, lead time, inventory).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and data analysis tools (Power BI) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational relationship with assigned suppliers for Power Box and VAA; serve as primary contact for supply chain matters.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance using key metrics: on-time delivery, lead time, inventory, quality, and responsiveness.
• Drive supply continuity by identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and leading recovery actions.
