Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supplier performance metrics (OTD, consignment, lead time).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the supplier relationship for VAF/Frames; act as primary supply chain contact.
• Monitor supplier performance using key metrics like on-time delivery and lead time.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity.
• Conduct regular supplier reviews to assess capacity, demand readiness, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and logistics to resolve supply chain challenges.
• Analyze SvD, backlog, forecast, and inventory to identify risks.
• Drive improvements in lead time, inventory, and fulfilment.
• Lead escalation for supply constraints and communicate risks to leadership.
• Communicate supply risks and recovery plans to leadership.
