Job summary

Efinix Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced supply chain strategist to ensure orders are supported by adequate material and production capacity.

You will analyze demand, capacity at foundries and OSAT partners, and identify bottlenecks with internal teams to mitigate risks. The role emphasizes building supplier relationships, driving forecast accountability, and delivering dashboards and metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in strategy, planning, operations and supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Economic/Supply Chain Management or Operation Management.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain operations management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer orders and demand to align with production capacity.
• Assess capacity at foundries and OSAT partners to meet demand.
• Identify bottlenecks and qualify new sources or secure additional capacity.
• Develop strong supplier relationships and drive accountability for forecast accuracy.

Job description

Analyze and validate the customer orders/demands to product supply and drive/implement strategy to ensure that there is sufficient material and production capacity to support these demands.

Understand overall capacity situations at foundries and OSAT partners to ensure that there is sufficient capacity to meet the customer demands.

Identify supply bottlenecks and work with internal team to identify solutions such as qualifying new sources, secure additional capacity to mitigate these risks.

Develop a strong working relationship with suppliers.

Drive customers’ accountability to demand forecast. Perform data analysis including performance trend analysis and demand forecasting and supply chain related activities.

Deliver processes and metrics (scorecard, dashboard, cadence) to develop a stable and robust supply chain.

Aware of and utilizes market trends and relevant information to gauge the health of the demand and supply situations.

Understands company strategy with their customers, able to convert to (and drive) actionable goals.

Provide business analysis and report for leadership team.

Education& Experience

Minimum 5+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations,supplychain function, strong operations management of E2E Supply Chain.
