Flex is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to support supplier development and quality programs in Perai, Penang. The role focuses on selecting qualified suppliers, implementing PPAP, and driving process improvements across supplier networks.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of supplier quality experience in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of supplier quality experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience with PPAP, FMEA and ISO/quality systems is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supplier development and audits to improve parts quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers on process controls and QA plans.
• Perform CCP, CAPA, and root-cause analysis for issues.
• Drive PPAP activities and ensure PPAP/FAI readiness.
• Support ECO/ECN/SCR processes and supplier qualifications.
