Job summary

Flex is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer in Batu Kawan, Penang, to develop and qualify suppliers, implement QA plans, and drive quality improvements across the supply chain. You will collaborate with sourcing, manufacturing, and customers to ensure adherence to requirements and regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant experience, with hands-on knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and related quality tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant supplier quality experience.
• Familiarity with PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and qualify suppliers meeting quality, capability, price, and delivery requirements.
• Lead supplier quality activities, audits, and process improvements.
• Drive corrective actions and monitor pilot runs to mass production.
