FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (PENANG) SDN BHD in Penang is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. You will drive supplier development, qualification and continuous improvement to ensure quality and reliability of components used in manufacturing.

You will manage PPAP, FAI, and audits while coordinating with sourcing, manufacturing, and design teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on process controls and quality assurance across supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supplier development and qualification to meet customer requirements.
• Implement PPAP/FAI and quality plans including control plans, FMEA, MSA, and RoHS compliance.
• Drive supplier continuous improvement and manage supplier performance.
• Perform supplier audits and support ECN/SCR processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
