Job summary

Flextronics Technology (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer in Batu Kawan, Penang to drive supplier development and process improvements. You will partner with suppliers to meet quality, capability, and regulatory requirements, support PPAP/FAI, and lead corrective actions during pilot and mass production phases.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, supplier audits, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment to ensure product

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
Experience with PPAP/FAI and supplier quality processes.
Knowledge of ISO and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Supplier Selection with quality and capability criteria.
Supplier Qualification including risk assessment and audits.
Value-Added Engineering proposals to optimize supplier processes.
PPAP/FAI and material qualification.
Pilot Run tracking and supplier corrective actions.
Quality audits of suppliers and continuous improvement.
