Job summary

Allianz Services leads the establishment of a Kuala Lumpur-based strategic hub for Allianz Consulting, inviting experienced consultants to shape the Malaysian practice with APAC support. As a Senior Consultant, you will drive transformative initiatives, mentor junior consultants, and build client relationships with C-suite stakeholders across the insurance sector.

You will partner with senior leaders to deliver high-impact programs, develop subject-matter expertise, and contribute to the growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 6–8 years of experience, preferably in Tier 1/2 management consulting or advisory
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory or IT delivery is a plus
• Fluent English, second language is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and programs through rigorous analysis and structured problem solving
• Build and nurture client relationships to drive outcomes and growth
• Develop expertise and position yourself as a subject matter expert in key strategic areas
