Job summary

Allianz Consulting Malaysia is establishing a Kuala Lumpur hub and seeks a Senior Consultant to shape the Malaysian practice. You will partner with C-suite leaders to drive transformative initiatives, mentor juniors, build client relationships, and contribute to business development across a dynamic insurance market.

You will lead strategic programs, develop expertise in key areas, and play a pivotal role in growing the practice while collaborating with an APAC network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 3 to 6 years of experience, with a preference for candidates with prior Tier 1/ Tier 2 management consulting or advisory experience.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory or IT delivery is a plus.
• Exposure to the financial services/ insurance industry is preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. A second language would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to work well with both junior team members and senior organizational leaders.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving proficiency, including methodological and conceptualization skills, moderation and presentation.
• Passionate and self-driven with a knack for creativity and innovative thinking.
• International working experience or ability to navigate different working cultures.
