Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Proven track record in delivering cost savings and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial skills.
• Experience in AI, analytics, and digital tools is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global environment.
