Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and leading sourcing initiatives.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced understanding of cost structures, cost modeling, and commercial analysis.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience leveraging AI, analytics, and digital tools to improve business processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with objectives.
• Analyze spend data, sourcing patterns, supplier capabilities, and market conditions to identify savings opportunities.
• Lead supplier segmentation and support category planning.
• Establish supplier performance management processes and monitor stakeholder satisfaction with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with Global and Regional Managers to align sourcing strategies and business requirements.
• Drive initiatives that improve cost competitiveness, supplier performance, and customer service.
• Identify should-cost models and value-generation opportunities across categories.
• Lead competitive sourcing events, RFQs, and contract renewals; negotiate terms.
• Build strong internal partnerships as a trusted sourcing advisor.
• Promote AI-enabled procurement and digital transformation within the function.
