Job summary

VS Industry Bhd in Malaysia is seeking Storekeeper, Sr. Storekeeper, Asst. Supervisor and Supervisor to manage inventory receiving, issuing, storage and stock arrangement while ensuring accuracy and documentation.

Position collaborates with Purchasing, Production and Logistics; leads store activities, conducts counts, maintains safety and housekeeping, and prepares reports. Rotational shifts in Senai, Johor with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Manage inventory receiving, issuing, storage, and stock arrangement.
• Ensure stock accuracy and proper inventory documentation.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and related departments.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or operational issues.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports as required.
• Lead and coordinate store activities and manpower at Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and manpower at various supervisor levels.
• Ensure timely receiving and issuing of goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and present inventory reports.
