Renesas Electronics in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Staff Test Engineer to serve as a principal technical authority in the test development organization. You will define long-term ATE roadmaps and lead cross-functional collaborations across Product, Quality, Design, and Validation engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of semiconductor test experience.
• Experience with high-end automated test equipment (ATE).
• Strong programming in C++ and Python.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute strategic test roadmaps for next-gen ATE solutions.
• Architect and govern standardized software frameworks and hardware platforms to scale testing.
• Lead quality planning, design-for-test guidelines, and cross-die/multi-die testing strategies.
