Job summary

Sandisk seeks a highly skilled Staff Engineer to lead our technical team responsible for memory storage test solutions in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will drive test strategies, analyze data, and implement cost-efficient testing while mentoring engineers and collaborating across functions.

The role requires a strong engineering background in HV production, extensive test experience, and hands-on leadership in ATE environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with strong HV manufacturing test experience.
• 12+ years in semiconductor product or test engineering.
• Proficient in problem-solving methods (FMEA, DMAIC, Fishbone) and SPC or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary tech owner for product performance in high-volume manufacturing.
• Design and optimize test plans, time, yield, and quality to meet goals.
• Lead cross-functional engineering solutions and project execution.
• Drive cost-efficient testing: Test Time Reduction and new platforms.
• Provide EFA support, analyze failures, and deliver actionable reports.
• Prepare technical reports, instructions, and specifications.
