Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust test processes for memory products and system tests.
• Support production after technology transfer from NPI to high-volume manufacturing and optimize backend test flows.
• Analyze test results and production issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with equipment teams and vendors; stay updated on test technologies.
• Generate reports and presentations on test performance for management and cross-functional teams.
