Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia seeks a qualified professional to drive unit process development and coordinate molding equipment roadmaps. You will serve as technical lead on development projects and support production stabilization within the unit process domain.

Qualifications

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Coordinate across internally (business division, segments or departments) & externally (equipment suppliers) to generate or update technical documentation (purchase specification template, master FMEA) requirement for material to develop stable unit process for manufacturing.
• Coordinate internally across segment development, operation, frontend technology, business line on unit process roadmap review and updates for Back End Technology Roadmap updates (Roadmap) focusing on molding equipment.
• Technical Lead / Coach for specific unit process development projects or Back End Technical Field of knowledge project assigned within job scope.
• Production support for segment operation or business units in term of critical production stabilization topic related to unit process technical field of knowledge.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Basic unit process equipment operation, function, mechanism, and ability to define critical setup and conversion.
• Fundamental statistical data analysis & Statistical Process Control (example: SPC).
• Fundamental analytical and problem-solving skills (example: 8D Methodology, DMAIC, 5-Why Analysis).
• Hands-on experience in laboratory measurement equipment (example: Low/High Power Scope, Smart Scope, Hisomet & Pull Shear Tester).
• Fundamental experience in statistical analysis tools (example: JMP, MINITAB, CEDA, DX8).
• Fundamental technical understanding for material properties analysis (example: DMA, TGA, TMA, DSC, Viscosimetry).
• Fundamental understanding of packaging material interaction & IMC formation.
