Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malacca seeks an Operations WFM specialist to lead deviation analysis, schedule lots, and drive dispatch performance with a focus on HPB principles. You will collaborate with Production to set CT90 targets and sustain SPEED stability across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering is required or preferable.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel with macros is preferred.
• Experience in production planning and WIP flow management is desired.
• IE background is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Support, provide technical leadership, prioritize activities to support Operational WFM deviation analysis, drive operation execution through lot scheduling and dispatch performance with HPB guiding principles.
• Accountable for yearly and quarterly Mal CT90 target setting and monitoring for WFM KPIs, and for Operation SPEED stability by setting effective monitoring and analysis drills to drive improvement with the team.
• Conduct periodical reviews with the Production team to ensure robust WIP and CT stability to achieve WFM objectives and functions.
• Constantly drive Operational WFM optimization, stability and continuous improvement of Mal WIP Flow Management.
• Consistently build up WFM technical competencies to sustain and enhance implemented WFM systematics and frameworks.
• Focus on 4M synchronization through WFM automation tools (Detailed Scheduling, SPOT, RTD) implementation and sustainability; balance work‑center loading (WIP Level) and deploy WIP flow technical concepts and solutions for improvements.
