• Support the Frontend “Apollo”-initiative for BIZ process automation & digitalization
• Act as Project Manager for key personnel efficiency improvement in the Kulim Frontend
• Drive continuous improvement e.g. by automation of processes, models, and tools to foster data-driven decision‑making
• Ensure the sustaining of existing solutions
