Job summary

ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors seeks a skilled Lithography Equipment Owner to meet KPI targets for the Litho department. The role requires at least 5 years in lithography, hands-on expertise with Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner tools, and leadership capabilities.

You will drive preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead tool setup and qualification initiatives while ensuring 5S, cleanroom, and safety standards are upheld. Collaboration with process teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• At least 5 years of lithography experience in coating, exposure and development.
• Strong knowledge of lithography tools listed above is a must.
• Minimum 5 years in the related field with leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and Malay (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Own Litho equipment to meet KPIs defined for the Litho department.
• Maintain Litho equipment uptime, MTBF and OEE; use statistics to predict excursions.
• Implement preventive maintenance and document PM activities.
• Perform advanced machine troubleshooting; lead tool setup, installation and qualification.
• Develop Litho equipment maintenance guidelines, PM checklists, OCAP & FMEA.
• Ensure 5S, cleanroom and safety protocol compliance and improve process discipline.
• Lead internal projects to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Speed/Cost/Quality); support process team for evaluation and verification.

Job description

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-

• Equipment owner to meet KPIs defined in the Litho department.


• Responsible to Litho equipment stability to meet the uptime, MBTF & OEE. Use statistical tools to predict and prevent excursions. Implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required.


• Able to Perform advance machine troubleshooting. Kowledge in litho tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner) is a must


• Generate Litho equipment maintenance troubleshooting guideline, PM checklist, machine OCAP & FMEA


• Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol. Improve cleanroom and process discipline.


• Lead new Tools setup, installation & qualification. Lead internal projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed/Cost/Quality).
  Support process team for evaluation & process verification.

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Production Engineering or equivalent


• At least 5 years working experience in Lithography in coat, exposure, develop. Kowledge in litho tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner) is a must


• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required


• Leadership and stakeholder management and Project management (Cost saving project)


• Skilled in lithography equipment knowledge; Schematic Diagram; FMEA , Poke Yoke; 8D problem solving; SPC, 7 QC tool


• Fluent in English/Malay language (verbal & writing)


• Good interpersonal skills, responsible and able to handle stress.
