Job summary

ams OSRAM Group is seeking a Diploma-trained technician to provide line support for lithography equipment at our Kulim facility in Malaysia. The role covers setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and process improvements in the Litho department.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document PM activities, read schematics, and ensure 5S, cleanroom, and safety protocols are followed while supporting tool installation and qualification.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics or Production Engineering.
• At least 3 years of Lithography experience in coat, exposure, develop.
• Experience with Lithography equipment (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner); read schematic diagrams.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills; able to handle stress.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery and corrective maintenance to meet KPIs in the Litho department.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and document PM as required.
• Advanced machine troubleshooting; knowledge of litho tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner) is a must.
• Ensure compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol.
• Support the Tools setup, installation & qualification.
• Plan and execute projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed/Cost/Quality).
• Train junior technicians to attain and improve skills & competencies for line sustaining activities.
• Support process team for evaluation & process verification.

What we look for
