Job summary

Sandisk seeks a Supplier Quality professional to own all aspects of supplier quality for electrical components, coordinating with design, hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams to ensure performance and reliability in Sandisk products.

The role involves audits, CAPA driving, KPI development, and cross-functional problem solving with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and processes continually improve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Quality management.
• 5+ years in Supplier Quality/Quality Management.
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, CAPA).
• 5+ years in semiconductor/storage/electronics manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making with quality software.
• Able to work cross-functionally and across cultures.
• Willingness to travel to supplier locations.
• Strong experience with Passive/Standard IC components; ASIC/PMIC/memory knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier quality and reliability for Electrical Components and manage supplier readiness for new product development.
• Coordinate with design, hardware, firmware, product quality, and reliability teams.
• Audit supplier processes and CAPA effectiveness.
• Lead supplier audits and process assessments for compliance.
• Develop and track KPIs for supplier quality and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve component quality issues.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions with internal teams.
