Job summary

TNG Digital is hiring for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure for the TNG eWallet platform. You will focus on reliability, automation, release engineering, and incident response to keep services available at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, network or related field.
• Professional cloud certification.
• 8 years’ experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
• Proficient in Bash, Python, Go; experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef).
• Strong CI/CD experience and release engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Advanced cloud certification and project management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of site reliability engineering, cloud architecture, and cloud services.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; solid networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 99.99% uptime and availability.
• Deliver automated deployments with minimal failures and reduce toil.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery; ensure RTO and RPO in multi-cloud environments.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure security/compliance and enforce infrastructure security standards.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the SRE team; foster blameless culture and continuous improvement.
